§ 33.1-167. Chapter 20 of Title 15.2 not affected by Articles 10, 11 or 12.

None of the provisions of Articles 10 (§ 33.1-144 et seq.), 11 (§ 33.1-150 etseq.) and 12 (§ 33.1-156 et seq.) of this chapter shall affect the provisionsof Chapter 20 (§ 15.2-2000 et seq.) of Title 15.2 of this Code.
