§ 33.1-173. Construction of relocated road.

Upon the acquisition of the right-of-way as hereinabove provided, the city ortown shall grade the same and construct thereon, in accordance with the plansand specifications approved by the Commissioner, as aforesaid, the road orhighway thereby required.
