§ 33.1-213. Private property not to be condemned for such tramways, etc.

Nothing contained in § 33.1-211 shall be construed as giving the right tocondemn private property for such tramway or railway; nor shall the rights ofany tramway or railway heretofore lawfully acquired be affected.
