§ 33.1-215. Federal aid.

The assent of the Commonwealth of Virginia is hereby given to the terms andprovisions of an act of Congress, approved July 11, 1916, entitled "An actto provide that the United States shall aid the states in the construction ofrural post roads, and for other purposes," and the Commissioner shall haveprepared and submit all such plans, specifications and data relating to theconstruction of roads and bridges as may be required under the terms of suchact and may do any and all things necessary to carry out the provisions ofsuch act of Congress.
