§ 33.1-223.2:14. Use of steel plates in connection with highway repairs.

Any person using steel plates in connection with a temporary or permanentrepair to the roadway of any highway shall follow the standards of theVirginia Department of Transportation regarding warnings thereof and themarking of such plates. The provisions of this section shall not apply to anyportion of a roadway that is closed to vehicular traffic.
