§ 33.1-223.6. Collection of money due to the Fund.

The Commissioner or his designated agent is empowered to collect amounts dueto the Fund under any loan made to a municipal or county government,including, if appropriate, taking the action required by § 15.2-2659 toobtain payment of any amounts in default. Proceedings to recover amounts dueto the Fund may be instituted by the Commissioner in the name of the Fund inany appropriate circuit court.
