§ 33.1-23.03:7. Liability exemption of officers and employees.

When investments are made in accordance with this section, no Board member oremployee thereof, or treasury official shall be personally liable for anyloss therefrom in the absence of negligence, malfeasance, misfeasance, ornonfeasance.
