§ 33.1-23.1:2. Allocation of funds for interstate match.

After making the allocations provided for in subsection A of § 33.1-23.1, butbefore making any allocations under subsections B 1, B 2, and B 3 of §33.1-23.1, a fund shall be established for matching federal-aid interstatefunds.

This fund shall be established annually by allocating to it all federal-aidinterstate matching funds needed for the year, less the total amount ofdistrict primary allocations for the interstate federal-aid match allocatedunder subsection B of § 33.1-23.2.
