§ 33.1-85. Return after withdrawal from secondary system.

Any county which has withdrawn its roads from the secondary system of statehighways under the provisions of § 11 of Chapter 415 of the Acts of 1932,approved March 31, 1932, shall have the right at any time to bring itselfback within such secondary system of state highways, provided the same shallbe approved by a majority of the qualified voters of such county voting in anelection called for that purpose, as hereafter provided in this article.
