§ 33.1-87. Effect of election.

If the result of such election shall be in favor of the county coming backwithin the secondary system of state highways, such county shall, after theentry by the court of an order so declaring the result of such election andon and after the first day of July next succeeding, be within the secondarysystem of state highways as fully and completely as if it had not withdrawntherefrom. All provisions of this article shall thereupon apply to and beenforced as to such county to the same extent as if the dates in such Chapter415 of the Acts of 1932 had been changed to correspond with the year in whichsuch county shall come within the secondary system of state highways. Suchcounty shall not be allowed again to withdraw from the secondary system ofstate highways.
