§ 33.1-463. Chapter to constitute complete authority for acts authorized;liberal construction.

This chapter shall constitute complete authority for the district to take theactions authorized in this chapter. This chapter, being necessary for thewelfare of the Commonwealth and its inhabitants, shall be liberally construedto effect its purposes. Any court test concerning the validity of any bondsthat may be issued for transportation improvements made pursuant to thischapter may be determined pursuant to Article 6 (§ 15.2-2650 et seq.) ofChapter 26 of Title 15.2.
