§ 33.1-245. Compensation of clerk of board.

Except in the County of Henrico the clerk of the board of supervisors orother governing body of a county shall receive for the duties to be performedby him under the provisions of this chapter, compensation to be fixed andallowed to him by the board or other governing body, not less, however, than$100 and not to exceed $300 per annum.
