§ 33.1-260. Salary and fees.

No salary shall be paid to any special police officer appointed under §33.1-258 by the Commonwealth or county, or counties, in which such propertieslie; nor shall he receive any fees for making any arrest, executing anywarrant, summoning a witness, or carrying a person to or from jail.
