§ 33.1-275. Highway connections.

Upon the letting of a contract for the construction of a project under theprovisions of this article, the Board shall proceed with the construction ofany highways which may be necessary to connect such project with statehighways in the Commonwealth and to complete the construction of suchconnecting highways on or before the date such project shall be opened fortraffic.
