§ 33.1-336. "Highway contractors' association" defined.

For the purposes of this chapter "highway contractors' association" shallmean any association, bureau, agency or other medium, incorporated orunincorporated, whose object or work is to promote the common welfare of, tofurnish information to, to promote cooperation among, to stimulate the demandfor the services of, or to advertise the members thereof.
