§ 33.1-346.1. Penalties for violation of § 33.1-346.

Upon conviction of any person for a violation of § 33.1-346, the court maysuspend the imposition of any sentence on condition that the defendantvolunteer his services for such period of time as the court may designate toremove litter from the highway. Any such sums collected shall be paid intothe court and forwarded to the State Treasurer for the construction andmaintenance of state highways.
