§ 33.1-352. Enforcement of provisions by Commissioner.

The Commissioner shall administer and enforce the provisions of this article.He may, in the performance of his duties hereunder, assign to divisionengineers and other employees in the Department of Transportation such dutiesother than discretional powers as he may think appropriate.
