33.1-357 - Revocation of license.

§ 33.1-357. Revocation of license.

The Commissioner shall have the right, after thirty days' notice in writingto the licensee, to revoke any license granted by him upon repayment of aproportionate part of the license fee, in any case in which he shall findthat any of the information required to be given in the application for thelicense is knowingly false or misleading or that the licensee has violatedany of the provisions of this article, unless such licensee shall, before theexpiration of such thirty days, correct such false or misleading informationand comply with the provisions of this article.
