§ 33.1-363. Area of advertising structure.

The area of an advertising structure shall be determined from its outsidemeasurements, excluding as a part thereof, the height and overall width ofsupports and supporting structure and any other portion or portions thereofbeneath the normal area upon which an advertisement is posted or intended tobe posted.
