§ 33.1-366. Appeal from refusal or revocation of permit.

Any person aggrieved by any action of the Commissioner in refusing to grantor in revoking a permit under § 33.1-361 or § 33.1-364 may appeal from thedecision of the Commissioner in accordance with the provisions of theAdministrative Process Act (§ 2.2-4000 et seq.).
