§ 33.1-368. Identification of advertising structure or advertisement.

The Commissioner shall require that each advertising structure and eachadvertisement not posted or displayed on an advertising structure shall bearan identification number, furnished by the Commissioner, and if erected,maintained or displayed by a licensed outdoor advertiser shall also bear hisname. The Commissioner shall make suitable provisions for the details thereof.
