§ 33.1-374. Harmony of regulations.

No zoning board or commission or any other public officer or agency shallpermit any sign, advertisement or advertising structure which is prohibitedunder the provisions of this article, nor shall the Commissioner permit anysign, advertisement or advertising structure which is prohibited by any otherpublic board, officer or agency in the lawful exercise of its or their powers.
