§ 33.1-377. Penalty for violation.

Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of this article forwhich violation no other penalty is prescribed by this article shall beguilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not lessthan ten dollars nor more than fifty dollars. Each day during which suchviolation is continued after conviction may be treated for all purposes as aseparate offense.
