§ 35.1-19. Person deemed responsible for campground.

In the event that the Commissioner or his designee cannot establish whichperson is responsible for a campground, the owner of the parcel of land uponwhich the campground lies shall be deemed to be the person responsible forobtaining a license and meeting the requirements of this title and theapplicable rules and regulations for retaining a license.
