§ 35.1-27. Posting of rates.

Every hotel shall post in a conspicuous place in its office a list of theranges of the charges for its rooms and shall post in each guest's room themaximum charge for that room. If the hotel is operated on the American ormodified American plan, the notice shall contain the maximum charge for theroom and the number of meals provided.
