§ 36-55.42. Refunding obligations; issuance.

HDA may provide for the issuance of refunding obligations for the purpose ofrefunding any obligations then outstanding which have been issued under theprovisions of this chapter, including the payment of any redemption premiumthereon and any interest accrued or to accrue to the date of redemption ofsuch obligations and for any corporate purpose of HDA. The issuance of suchobligations, the maturities and other details thereof, the rights of theholders thereof, and the rights, duties and obligations of the HDA in respectof the same shall be governed by the provisions of this chapter which relateto the issuance of obligations, insofar as such provisions may be appropriatetherefor.
