§ 36-55.45. Agreement with Commonwealth.

The Commonwealth does hereby pledge to and agree with the holders of anynotes or bonds issued under this chapter that the Commonwealth will not limitor alter the rights hereby vested in HDA to fulfill the terms of anyagreements made with the said holders thereof or in any way impair the rightsand remedies of such holders until such notes and bonds, together with theinterest thereon, with interest on any unpaid installments of interest, andall costs and expenses in connection with any action or proceeding by or onbehalf of such holders, are fully met and discharged. HDA is authorized toinclude this pledge and agreement of the Commonwealth in any agreement withthe holders of such notes or bonds.
