§ 36-55.46. Commonwealth not liable on notes and bonds.

The notes, bonds or other obligations of HDA shall not be a debt or grant orloan of credit of the Commonwealth of Virginia, and the Commonwealth shallnot be liable thereon, nor shall they be payable out of any funds other thanthose of HDA; and such notes and bonds shall contain on the face thereof astatement to such effect.
