§ 36-12. Powers vested in commissioners; quorum.

The powers of each authority shall be vested in the commissioners thereof inoffice from time to time. A majority of the commissioners shall constitute aquorum of the authority for the purpose of conducting its business andexercising its powers and for all other purposes. Action may be taken by theauthority upon a vote of a majority of the commissioners present, unless inany case the bylaws of the authority shall require a larger number.
