§ 36-18. Meetings and residence of commissioners.

Nothing contained in this chapter shall be construed to prevent meetings ofthe commissioners of a housing authority anywhere within the perimeterboundaries of the area of operation of the authority or within any additionalarea where the housing authority is authorized to undertake a housingproject, nor to prevent the appointment of any person as a commissioner ofthe authority who resides within such boundaries or such additional area, andwho is otherwise eligible for such appointment under this chapter.
