§ 36-25. Payments by housing authorities to other bodies.

An authority may agree to make such payments to the city or county, theCommonwealth, or any political subdivision thereof, which payments suchbodies are hereby authorized to accept, and to otherwise expend its funds insuch manner as the authority finds consistent with the maintenance of thelow-rent character of housing projects or the achievement of the purposes ofthis Housing Authorities Law.
