§ 36-27.01. Plan for alternative housing of persons displaced bycondemnation, conversion, etc.

In any condemnation proceeding which involves the taking or conversion ofproperties populated by low and moderate income families in multi-familyhousing projects owned or controlled by the redevelopment and housingauthority, or with respect to the development or redevelopment of anyproperty owned or controlled by it, the authority shall adopt a plan ofrelocation identifying alternative housing for the persons who will bedisplaced. No conversion of multi-family housing complexes to industrial useshall be authorized prior to the identification of alternative housingrequired herein.
