§ 36-62. Planning, zoning and building laws.

In the development of all housing projects of an authority such projectsshall be subject to the planning, zoning, sanitary and building laws,ordinances and regulations applicable to the locality in which the housingproject is situated, unless waived by the proper authorities of the localgovernment having the administration of such laws, ordinances and regulations.
