§ 36-64. Defense housing contracts validated.

All bonds, notes, contracts, agreements and obligations of housingauthorities issued or entered into prior to April 1, 1942, relating tofinancing or undertaking (including cooperating with or acting as agent ofthe federal government in) the development or administration of any projectto assure the availability of safe and sanitary dwellings for persons engagedin national-defense activities, are hereby validated and declared legal inall respects, notwithstanding any defect or irregularity therein or any wantof statutory authority.
