§ 36-85.14. Fees.
The Board may establish inspection fees to be paid by manufacturers to coverthe costs of monitoring inspections. Such fees shall be in the amount andmanner as set out in the Federal Regulations. The SAA shall participate inthe fee distribution program established by HUD and is authorized to enterinto and execute a Cooperative Agreement with HUD for such participation.
