§ 36-85.22. Set-up requirements; effect on insurance policies.

Manufactured homes shall be set-up in accordance with the Code.

In the event that a manufactured home is insured against damage caused bywindstorm and subsequently sustains windstorm damage of a nature thatindicated the manufactured home was not set-up in the manner required by thissection, the insurer issuing the homeowner's insurance policy on themanufactured home shall not be relieved from meeting the obligationsspecified in the insurance policy with respect to such damage on the basisthat the manufactured home was not properly set-up.
