§ 36-84. Clerical assistants to Administrator; equipment, supplies andquarters.

The Administrator may employ such permanent or temporary, clerical, technicaland other assistants as is found necessary or advisable for the properadministration of this law, and may fix their compensation and may likewisepurchase equipment and supplies deemed necessary.
