§ 36-96.19. Witness fees.

Witnesses summoned by a subpoena under this chapter shall be entitled to thesame witness and mileage fees as witnesses in proceedings in the courts ofthe Commonwealth. Fees payable to a witness summoned by a subpoena issued atthe request of a party shall be paid by that party or, where a party isunable to pay the fees, by the Board.
