§ 36-96.22. Application of chapter.

If any provision of this chapter or the application thereof to any person orcircumstances is held invalid, the invalidity shall not affect the otherprovisions or applications of this chapter which can be given effect withoutthe invalid provisions or application, and to this end the provisions of thischapter are severable.
