§ 36-102. Modification, amendment or repeal of Code provisions.

The Board may modify, amend or repeal any Code provisions from time to timeas the public interest requires, after notice and hearing as provided in §36-100 of this chapter. No such modification or amendment shall be madeeffective earlier than thirty days from the adoption thereof.
