§ 36-104. Code to be printed and furnished on request; true copy.

The Department shall have printed from time to time and keep available inpamphlet form all Code provisions. Such pamphlets shall be furnished uponrequest to members of the public. A true copy of all such provisions adoptedand in force shall be kept in the office of the Department, accessible to thepublic. The Department may charge a reasonable fee for distribution of theBuilding Code based on production and distribution costs.
