§ 36-98.01. Mechanics' lien agent included on building permit for residentialproperty at request of applicant.

In addition to any information required by the Uniform Statewide BuildingCode, a building permit issued for any one- or two-family residentialdwelling unit shall at the time of issuance contain, at the request of theapplicant, the name, mailing address, and telephone number of the mechanics'lien agent as defined in § 43-1. If the designation of a mechanics' lienagent is not so requested by the applicant, the building permit shall at thetime of issuance state that none has been designated with the words "NoneDesignated."
