§ 36-99.6. Underground and aboveground storage tank inspections.

A. The Board of Housing and Community Development shall incorporate, as partof the Building Code, regulations adopted and promulgated by the State WaterControl Board governing the installation, repair, upgrade and closure ofunderground and aboveground storage tanks.

B. Inspections undertaken pursuant to such Building Code regulations shall bedone by employees of the local building department or another individualauthorized by the local building department.
