§ 37.2-1029. Department to be notified in certain cases.

In any suit or action for the appointment of a fiduciary who is to have themanagement and control of funds belonging to any person who has been admittedto any state facility, the Department shall receive notice of the suit oraction, and the clerk of any court in which the suit or action is pendingshall notify the Commissioner of that fact.
