§ 37.2-302. Term of office and vacancy therein.

The Commissioner shall hold office at the pleasure of the Governor for a termcoincident with that of the Governor making the appointment or until hissuccessor shall be appointed and qualified. Vacancies shall be filled in thesame manner as original appointments are made.
