§ 37.2-305. Receiving gifts and endowments.

The Commissioner may receive gifts, bequests, and endowments to or for statefacilities in their names or to or for any consumer in state facilities. Whengifts, bequests, and endowments are accepted by the Commissioner, he shallwell and faithfully administer such trusts.
