§ 37.2-703. Commissioner to prescribe system of records, accounts, andreports; access to records, accounts, and reports.

The Commissioner shall prescribe and cause to be established and maintainedat all state facilities:

(a) A uniform, proper, and approved system of keeping the records andaccounts and making reports of money received and disbursed; and

(b) An efficient system of keeping records concerning the consumers admittedto or residing in each state facility.

The Board, the Commissioner, and their duly authorized agents shall at alltimes have access to such records, accounts, and reports required to be keptunder the provisions of this title.
