§ 37.2-716. Behavioral Health and Developmental Services Revenue Fund.

All funds collected by the Department pursuant to this article shall be paidinto a special fund of the state treasury that shall be known and referred toas the Behavioral Health and Developmental Services Revenue Fund.

This fund shall be appropriated and used for the operation of the Departmentand its state facilities for research and training. Unexpended funds in theBehavioral Health and Developmental Services Revenue Fund at the close of anyfiscal year shall be retained in the fund and be available for expenditure inensuing years as provided herein.
