38.2-118 - Property damage liability.

§ 38.2-118. Property damage liability.

"Property damage liability insurance" means insurance against legalliability of the insured, and against loss, damage or expense incident to aclaim of such liability, arising out of the loss or destruction of, or damageto, the property of any other person, but not including any class ofinsurance specified in § 38.2-117 or § 38.2-119.
