38.2-122.1 - Credit involuntary unemployment insurance.

§ 38.2-122.1. Credit involuntary unemployment insurance.

"Credit involuntary unemployment insurance" means insurance on a debtor inconnection with a specified loan or other credit transaction to providepayment to a creditor for the installment payments or other periodic paymentsbecoming due (i) while the debtor is involuntarily unemployed, or (ii) whilethe debtor is on an unpaid leave of absence during which employment does notterminate. Such term shall not mean any insurance defined in §§ 38.2-108,38.2-109 or § 38.2-122.
